Baptism at True North.
Baptism marks a public step of faith — a visible mark of a life being made new. If you're walking through recovery, transition, or renewal, we'd be honored to walk with you toward this moment.

A public marker of a life turning toward hope.
Many of the people we walk alongside describe a moment where they knew something had shifted — where the old story stopped being the whole story. Baptism is a way to name that shift publicly, in the presence of the community walking with you.
This page will grow as our baptism experience takes shape. Additional information, preparation resources, and photos are coming soon.
Faith is part of how we walk this road.
Recovery is more than staying sober. For many people it becomes a moment of profound spiritual renewal — a chance to publicly claim a new identity, name what has been redeemed, and belong to a community that will keep walking with them long after the hard days.
How a baptism at True North comes together.
- Conversation first
- You'll sit down with Tad or another mentor to talk through your story and any questions you're carrying.
- Preparation
- A short season of prayer, reflection, and practical planning — at your pace, not a schedule imposed on you.
- Community
- Baptism happens in the presence of the people walking with you — family, mentors, and church community.
Moments from past baptisms — coming soon.
We're gathering photos and short reflections from past baptisms, with permission from the people involved. This section will hold that gallery once it's ready. Additional information and photos coming soon.
Express interest in baptism.
Share a bit about where you are. A mentor will reach out to talk with you — no expectations, no pressure.
