I need support
Reach out for yourself — we'll listen first.
True North Transitions was founded through personal experience, lived recovery, and a deep conviction to support individuals pursuing lasting sobriety and life transformation.

Our mission is to walk alongside individuals with compassion, accountability, and steady practical support — so no one rebuilds alone.
Our vision is lives marked by stability, purpose, and independence — rooted in healthy community and lasting hope. A person's past does not define their future. With the right support, direction, and encouragement, transformation is possible.

Your story is not over.
True North Transitions is rooted in personal recovery, family experience with addiction, and a deep conviction to walk with others.

Tad has personally walked through addiction and sustained long-term sobriety. He leads aftercare coaching, faith-based mentorship, weekly accountability calls, Monday planning sessions, Friday progress reviews, church and community connection, and relapse prevention support.

Amanda brings the perspective of a family member walking alongside a loved one in recovery. She leads counseling coordination, financial literacy, résumé building, employment preparation, family support, housing search assistance, wellness coordination, legal and documentation guidance, and community networking.

Recovery is possible when individuals are surrounded by consistent support, healthy accountability, meaningful community, and opportunities for personal growth.
Whether you're seeking support or wondering how to help, we'd love to hear from you.
