Recovery is not the end of the story.
True North walks alongside people leaving treatment, navigating a setback, or rebuilding after instability — with mentorship, accountability, and the practical structure of daily life.

Not detox · Not inpatient treatment · Not sober living · Not crisis response

There is a path forward, and you don’t have to walk it by yourself.
Find the path that fits where you are right now.
Everyone arrives at True North from a different place. Pick the doorway that’s closest to your situation — we’ll meet you there.

At True North Transitions, our mission is to help individuals and families live healthy, fulfilling lives by walking with them through aftercare — celebrating recovery, restoring purpose, and building resilient community.

Founded by two people who have walked the road — from both sides.
Tad has personally walked through addiction and sustained long-term sobriety. He leads mentorship, accountability, and the day-to-day work of helping participants rebuild.
Amanda walks alongside families touched by addiction, offering perspective, compassion, and steady support to loved ones who often feel forgotten in the recovery journey.
Together they founded True North Transitions to be the steady, practical support they wish more people had — for the person in recovery and for the family standing beside them.
