True North Transitions — Guidance. Hope. A Fresh Start.
Pillar 03

Family & Community.

Recovery thrives in belonging. We help participants rebuild the relationships and community rhythms that make a long-term fresh start possible.

The Approach

Isolation is the relapse risk no program talks about enough.

We coach families on how to walk alongside well, connect participants to local churches and recovery groups, and host regular shared meals so no one has to white-knuckle their way through a Friday night.

What's Inside

Four ways we restore belonging.

Pillar 01

Family support

Coaching for spouses, parents, and adult children — boundaries, communication, and how to support without enabling.

Pillar 02

Church & community connection

Warm hand-offs to local churches, recovery groups, and small communities where participants are known by name.

Pillar 03

Community dinners & events

Regular shared meals and gatherings — simple, consistent rhythms of belonging.

Pillar 04

Counseling coordination

We connect participants to licensed counselors and treatment partners. We coordinate; we don't replace clinical care.

In Practice

What this looks like in practice.

01

Monthly family coaching sessions if helpful

02

At least one community dinner each month

03

A local church or small group home base

04

Coordinated care with your counselor

Next Step

No one walks this alone.

Whether you're rebuilding family trust or just need a Friday night you can look forward to, we'd be honored to help.
